I have built an xp grinder for skeletons. It is a tripple skele spawner (all sped up). Here are some photos.

Repair leveling area
The grinder includes the following things:
1. Three sped up skeleton spawners (5,000E x 3=15,000E)
2. Full beacon (5,000E)
3. Auto-sorting system (Free)
4. Killing chamber (Skeles are put at 0.5 hearts automatically)(Free)
5. Repair leveling area (Free)
6. Other items for convenience (Free)
Grand total: 20,000E
